Overview

PatchPxl provides AI-powered editing features. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and how deletion works.

Data We Process

• Account information from sign-in provider (name, email, avatar).
• Uploaded images, masks, generated outputs, and session metadata.
• Operational logs for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

Third-Party Processing

To deliver editing features, uploaded content may be processed by trusted third-party cloud and AI infrastructure providers. Do not upload confidential, highly sensitive, or regulated content.

Session Deletion

When you delete a session in PatchPxl, we delete session records and related images from our application database and storage bucket as part of the deletion workflow.

Limited technical traces may remain in short-lived system logs or backups for security, reliability, and disaster recovery, then are purged according to internal retention windows.

Data Retention

We retain active account and editing data only while needed to provide service features. If data is deleted by user action, it is removed from primary systems as described above.
